OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services is a plus
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems is advantageous
  • A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
