Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa is a beautiful Georgian manor house set in the Pembroke shire countryside with 39 en-suite character rooms, two restaurants, banqueting and meeting space.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, wherever possible going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Dealing with guests promptly upon arrival and departure, as per company standards for check in and check out procedures.
  • Dealing with inquiries regarding the local area so some knowledge of this would be an advantage
