Creating and confirming reservations for guests; maintaining occupancy levels and ensuring appropriate room allocation.
Checking guests in and out, preparing invoices and processing payments.
Cash handling and reconciliation of daily takings.
Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries - ensuring relevant guest information is directed to the correct department.
The role will be based upon both early (7am – 3pm) and late (3pm – 10pm) shifts & will include weekend work.
Both full-time and part-time vacancies are available.
Experience in similar roles would be preferred, however not essential as full training will be given.
