Are you a skilled and experienced Receptionist looking for an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry? We’re currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist at The Little haven Hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a hotel environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with desirability in using Rezlynx
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
