Lough Rynn Castle Estate & Gardens is currently seeking a professional, welcoming, and service-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team.
This is a full-time position with rotating shift work across weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

• Greet and check-in/check-out guests with warmth and efficiency.
• Assist with guest enquiries, reservations, and requests — in person, by phone, and via email.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects the high standards of Lough Rynn Castle.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
