Manor House is a luxury hotel, restaurant, wedding venue and event space in the Yorkshire village of Lindley. This is a modern, exciting hotel, with a stand out design and team.

We are looking for a confident, committed positive individual who has a passion for delivering great service, someone who has the ability to think on their feet, and & thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Located at the hotels Front desk, you will be the face of the hotel & first point of contact for many of our guests.
There are great opportunities for the right motivated candidate to develop and progress within the business.
Must be computer literate & confident in using Outlook, Microsoft Suite & possess excellent interpersonal skills & telephone etiquette.
Experience within a similar role or a customer facing environment is essential, with further on-site learning and training provided.
Duties Involved: (please note this is a growing business so duties will grow to adapt to this)
Strong ability to multi task, prioritise & manage ever changing daily workload.
Daily management of both incoming, outgoing calls & inbox.
Responsible for the management of all reservations across hotel, Afternoon Tea service, restaurant, internal events, & ensuring all departments are updated with required information.
Full personalised guest check in procedure, rooming & providing assistance where required.
Extensive Knowledge of all hotels services & offerings eg; opening times, what’s on, facilities.
Have a keen eye for detail & ability to retain key information.
Complete all daily checks to ensure standards are consistently met.
Ensure high standards of personal appearance & hygiene at all times.
This is a FULL TIME position, 37.5 hours per week
Weekend work required.
