Description

1) To great, welcome and register all guests who are to stay in hotel.
2) To process guests / function accounts and present them for payment on departure.
3) To accept telephone enquiry’s and transfer calls from switchboard to the requested destination.
4) To handle general enquiry’s and questions regarding the hotel and services available locally.
5) To follow impeccably and exactly all procedures related to cash handling and processing charges to guest’s accounts.
6) To prepare daily lodgement for accounts.
7) To record all maintenance required without delay.
8) To remain fully aware of conference and banqueting arrangements during duty shift and effectively hand-over details to colleagues on later shifts.
9) To prepare departure lists for accommodation department and liase effectively with them on the readiness of rooms for sale.
11) To assist with Reservation Calls.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 39 per week
