JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a warm, engaging, and service-oriented Guest Services & Experience Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be more than the first point of contact—you will be a key part of creating memorable experiences for our guests from arrival to departure. Your focus will be on personalised service, curating recommendations for local attractions and activities, and ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. This position requires excellent communication, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to anticipate and fulfil guest needs in a dynamic environment. Multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly desirable to connect with our diverse clientele.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or a similar service-focused role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in hotel or reservation management software (specific system experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly, offering a personalised greeting and tailored assistance from check-in to check-out.
  • Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on local attractions, cultural experiences, dining, and entertainment.
  • Handle reservations, guest requests, and inquiries via phone, email, and in person with exceptional courtesy and professionalism.
  • Assist guests with booking activities, arranging transport, and organising special experiences.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure rooms and facilities are ready to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage billing, payments, and relevant documentation accurately.
  • Resolve any guest concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain an inviting and well-presented reception and guest lounge area.
  • Uphold hotel policies while fostering a welcoming, guest-first environment.
