Redwings Lodge is a small group of seven hotels located in the Midlands and Home Counties of England.
We are currently seeking a RECEPTIONIST at our hotel located in Wolverhampton. The hotel has 99 rooms and caters F&B within the premises.
We are looking for a strong, self-motivated people person who works well on their own or in a team.
The successful candidate MUST be computer literate and confident in all Microsoft packages including excel.
Daily tasks including but not limited to reception duties, check in/out, rate checks, room checks, complaints, serve customers within the bar and restaurant and general day to day running.
We have 2 positions available 15.00 – 23.00 & 23.00 - 07.00 but flexibility to cover other shifts Including morning shifts will be required to necessitate the business. This is a part-time role and will cover shifts within a 7-day period on a rota basis.
Hourly rate is £12.24 with an additional 95p per hour for hours worked between 23.00-07.00
