Tasks Tasks We're looking for someone to bring their best to: Welcome guests through check-in and check-out on our PMS, spotting cross-selling opportunities along the way. Make sure every check-in is done right — all requirements met and payments in order. Be the go-to point of contact for guests throughout their stay, for any question or request. Keep an eye on the cleanliness and tidiness of rooms, common areas and storage spaces. Support the housekeeping team in organising their tasks. Coordinate maintenance tasks with internal and external staff. Report any incidents to the Destination Manager. Help every guest enjoy a truly great stay. Requirements Please have a look at these before applying: At least 1 year of proven front-desk experience. Advanced English and Greek. Availability to handle access emergencies in the Psirri neighbourhood. Availability to work for minimum 3-4 months with us. Comfortable with office software. Proactiveness and solution based. Responsibilities
