Role & Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register guests, provide information, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Handle phone and online reservation inquiries, manage bookings, and assign rooms.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, collect payments, and verify credit card details.
  • Answer phones, forward calls, take messages, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, balance cash drawers, and perform other clerical duties.
  • Address guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, to fulfill guest needs.
  • Provide information about local attractions, arrange travel, and book activities or tickets.
  • Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and presentable.
  • Utilize hotel management software and operate multi-line phone systems.
  • Understand and enforce hotel rules and policies for both guests and staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Relevant Diploma in hospitality management, Hotel Management, tourism, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is desirable
  • Candidates have experience with IDS System - (+ Point)
  • Working comfortably in any shift.
  • Good basic computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per mont
