THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Reliable and flexible, with a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Minimum 1 year hotel reception experience preferred
  • Opera experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.41 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

As a member of our Front Office team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering a first-class guest experience. You’ll be a welcoming and informed point of contact, responsible for check-ins and check-outs, providing local knowledge, and proactively assisting guests to ensure their stay is exceptional.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
  • Handle guest check-in/check-out efficiently and professionally
  • Respond to guest enquiries via telephone and email
  • Assist with luggage and provide general front desk support
