JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Receptionist Supervisor to lead our front desk team. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Receptionist or Front Desk Supervisor.

  • Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, PMS).
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support front desk staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of reception team.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure the front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and informative leaflets).
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and hotel procedures.
