JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a warm, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to be the face of our hotel. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality from check-in to check-out, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a memorable stay.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude upon arrival
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments using the hotel’s booking system
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and any guest issues are resolved quickly
  • Provide local information, directions, and recommendations for dining, entertainment, and transportation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area at all times
  • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: £12.21 per hour
    Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
