OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our front desk and supporting various administrative tasks. A background in hospitality or guest services is essential, along with strong phone etiquette, PMS knowledge and communication skills.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is required, particularly within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and basic computer software applications.
