JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable, as they will enhance our guest services.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in using hotel management software is an advantage
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing communication with diverse guests
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Handle guest enquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Must be able to provide customer service in the Brasserie restaurant in the absence of the Brasserie staff
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and reservations
• Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Assist guests with special requests or concerns during their stay
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Process payments and manage cash transactions securely
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
