Join our team as a Receptionist at a prestigious Varsity hotel & Spa , where exceptional guest service is our top priority. We are seeking a friendly and professional individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality to be the first point of contact for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls, assist with inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as handling mail and coordinating appointments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and strong guest service skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to assist international guests effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel operations or hospitality industry is advantageous.
