Hotel Receptionist
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team.
You will be working in a beautiful newly renovated, soon to be 30 bedroom hotel with stunning sea views. Located in the picturesque village of Robin Hood’s Bay, on the North Yorkshire Coast.
The hotel offers excellent dining facilities with a newly refurbished Orangery, stunning cocktail bar and lounge, as well as a large friendly traditional Pub. We also host weddings and various events throughout the year.

Duties Include:

  • Greeting and registering guests
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out
  • Handling reservations and room assignments
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Managing phone calls and guest inquiries
  • Processing payments
  • Solving guest issues
  • Collaborating with other hotel staff for smooth operations.

Experience in a customer focused environment with good IT, administration and communication skills would be preferred, however if you have excellent customer care skills and a positive approach then we would be more than willing to invest time and training to the right candidate.
