We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process
• Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Must have opera experience
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area

Skills

• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele
• Excellent phone etiquette to communicate professionally with guests
• Previous hotel experience is an advantage, particularly in front desk operations
• Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
• A background in hospitality is beneficial, demonstrating an understanding of industry standards
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
