We are looking for a dedicated customer service professional to join our Front Office Reception team.
Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We also boast award-winning facilities, including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, luxurious spa and championship golf course.

Responsibilities

As a receptionist you will:

  • Greet and handle guest enquiries promptly, delivering excellent customer service to ensure optimum guest experience
  • Manage the check in/out process
  • Maintain good knowledge of Whittlebury Park & our offerings, upselling hotel facilities & exploring potential sales opportunities
  • Manage incoming calls, ensuring all interactions, whether face to face, by phone, or email, are handled timely and professionally manner, liaising with other hotel departments as required

You will have an excellent telephone manner, be passionate about high quality customer service and be confident in your ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport. Key skills also include a keen attention to detail, ability to multitask, and efficient time management.
