Job Details Job Location: Mexico Location - Guadalajara, JA 44610 Salary Range: $20,000.00 Base+Commission/month Position Summary Our Hotel Reservation Agents provide World Class Service to all inbound and outbound calls from our Guest supporting their reservations needs. In our fast-paced, exciting environment, your day will consist of various call scenarios ranging from assisting guest making hotel reservations, Customer Service and, providing answers as needed to any process related questions, and more. The greatest part of the role is that you can assist our guests with booking the best vacation experience, once you join our Reservations Team! From finding multiple promotional offers to assisting with customizing each vacation – you will be a professional at it all! Room only, Meal plan packages, spa services and transportation services. The right candidate for this position matches the quality of our resorts – 5 diamonds! Essential Functions Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Handle inbound and outbound calls with reservation requests and perform all other Customer Services functions. • Provide World Class Service on all calls by using ResortCom Call Quality model. • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints through proper research, identify solutions and take ownership. • Maintain a working knowledge of all resorts, company policies, procedures, products, and services. • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goal. • Willingness to work flexible schedules that varies according to business needs. • Adhere to assigned shift schedule and break and lunch schedules. • Attend and complete all required and compliance training. • Perform other duties as assigned Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
