REQUIREMENTS:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (ID, proof of address, National Insurance Number)
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Good command of the English language
• Previous housekeeping experience (preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels)
• Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday
• Availability for full-time shifts: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (including a 30-minute unpaid break)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms to a high standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and organise guest rooms to a set daily target of 14 rooms (modern, easy-to-clean rooms: 14 sqm for standard rooms, 35 sqm for family rooms)
• Make beds and change linen
• Clean bathrooms, replace towels, and restock supplies
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas
• Work closely with hotel supervisors to ensure the highest standards of service
