The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable and inviting guest rooms. In this position, you will be expected to clean and organize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas while ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsible for cleaning hotel rooms in a timely and efficient manner according to the standards set forth and to place amenities as directed by policy. Maintains and monitors the rooms on their boards as they become available. Acts as a direct liaison with hotel guests and works diligently to fulfill all of the guests request. Responsible for reporting lost and found items to hotel dispatch in a timely manner.
Greeting guests and responding to queries. Changes bed linen and making beds. Restocks beverages and food items in the minibar. Updates status of guest rooms on assignment sheet. Returns and restocks cleaning cart at shift end. Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager
