EXPERIENCE

  • A background in hospitality or janitorial services will be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within set timeframes.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used properly and stored safely.
  • Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitising to meet health and safety standards.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring that linens are clean and well-presented.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
