• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Ensure tasks and rooms are completed within allotted time and ready for guests.
• Change bed linen, make beds and replace towels.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors.
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels.
• Ensure fixtures and fittings are well maintained, reporting issues where necessary.
• Report room status to Housekeepers.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored safely.
• Maintain awareness of correct chemical usage in line with COSHH training.
• Follow hotel security procedures.
• Ensure guests belongings are looked after and hand in and log lost property.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
