JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receive inbound calls transferred from the client
  • Solicit prospects over the phone to tour with sales consultants
  • Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests
  • Determine eligibility of guests per qualification standards
  • Assist guests with questions about vacation properties, packages, and procedures
  • Assist guests with making the reservation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

At least Senior High School graduate or at least 2 years in College (Old Curriculum)
Minimum 12 months experience in Sales (BPO or Non-BPO)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Maintains an upbeat, positive and motivated demeanor
Able to read/write/speak the English language
Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
Ability to maintain required sales percentages per week
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in basic PC knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and select holidays outside of your scheduled shift
