Job Details Job Location: Holiday Inn Express - Henderson, NV 89002 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $43,888.00 - $55,000.00 Salary/year Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Any Support the Sales Manager in booking and actively pursuing group and corporate business while aligning with hotel revenue goals · Coordinate meeting and event details, including room setup, catering, and audio-visual needs, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction · Ensure meeting rooms are properly set, organized, and clean for all groups and clients · Verify proper payment arrangements for all events in accordance with company policies · Monitor event activities to ensure successful execution and proactively address client needs · Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and collaboration with all departments · Build positive relationships with guests and external business partners through professional interaction and post-event follow-up to encourage repeat business · Maintain accurate sales data, documentation, and reports to support informed decision-making · Engage with guests before, during, and after events to ensure a positive experience and timely resolution of concerns · Complete tasks and special projects assigned by the Sales Manager or management team · Provide sales support and follow-up in the Sales Manager’s absence as needed Qualifications Required: · 1+ years hotel administrative or sales experience · Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication (verbal & written) skills · Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and time-management abilities · Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment · Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with brand standards · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) · Reference’s Required Preferred: · Experience with property management and sales systems (HotelKey, OPERA, IHG programs), strongly preferred · 2–3 years of related hospitality or sales experience
