Career Vision Recruiters are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel in South Dublin. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive corporate and leisure sales through proactive activity, including client meetings, face-to-face sales calls, site inspections, and networking.
  • Develop and execute a costed annual sales and marketing plan with clear revenue goals aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead, support, and manage a Sales and Marketing Executive, focusing on both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Deliver detailed weekly and quarterly reports, quantifying business booked and revenue generated.
  • Maximise revenue across all departments—Rooms, F&B, and Meetings & Events.
  • Elevate the hotel’s profile and brand visibility locally and internationally.
  • Cultivate relationships with media and industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain a loyal guest database and increase engagement with clients and bookers.
  • Maintain a strong market presence across domestic, regional, and international markets.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events, both at home and abroad.
  • Organise and attend networking events and client engagement evenings to generate new business.
  • Oversee creative promotional campaigns, PR activities, and branding initiatives that reflect the hotel’s luxury status.
  • Supervise and guide digital marketing strategies, including social media, content planning, and online engagement.
  • Coordinate and assist with site inspections for potential clients.
  • Manage RFP processes and collaborate closely with the Front Office Manager to monitor CPA and optimise yield.
  • Track, measure, and report on RevPAR performance and ensure the hotel remains competitive on STR reporting.
