Career Vision Recruiters seek an experienced Sales Manager to join a well known 5* hotel in Dublin. The Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a warm personality and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in a similar role is essential.

• Generating new corporate and Leisure business through proactive sales activity to include face to face calls and site inspections of the hotel whilst ensuring to manage time effectively between the office and on the road activity.
• Preparing, executing and successfully delivering an annual costed plan for sales and marketing activities that sets clear goals aimed at meeting the budgetary and strategic objectives of the business.
• Submitting a comprehensive weekly and quarterly sales and marketing report in an agreed format that describes the activities of the department, quantifying the business booked and the related revenue generated within the period.
