KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES AS A HOTEL SALES MANAGER:

  • MUST have Hotel Sales Manager experience
  • Have excellent IT and administrative skills
  • You will be approachable, able to lead and motivate your team
  • Building strong relations with external stakeholders
  • Able to meet deadline remaining calm under pressure
  • Strong and confident communication.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A HOTEL SALES MANAGER WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Driving and managing sales by actively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct telesales calls, plan appointments and carry out face-to-face sales in line with agreed targets.
  • work with senior managers and other key members to strengthen current relationships within the local community.
  • Represent the company at Seminars , business events to maximise networking opportunities to raise company profile.
  • Work with Senior managers and Revenue team to devise strategies and tactics to retain and grow and grow the business to support revenue maximisation.
