WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking an outstanding Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. This key role will focus on driving growth and profitability by nurturing existing accounts and securing new business through a strategic hotel sales plan.

KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES AS A HOTEL SALES MANAGER:

• MUST have Hotel Sales Manager experience
• Have excellent IT and administrative skills
• You will be approachable, able to lead and motivate your team
• Building strong relations with external stakeholders
• Able to meet deadline remaining calm under pressure
• Strong and confident communication.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
• Make telesales calls, plan meetings, and conduct face-to-face sales visits to meet targets.
• Collaborate with senior managers and key stakeholders to strengthen relationships within the local community.
• Represent Drayton Manor Resorts at seminars and business events to enhance our visibility and networking.
• Work closely with senior management and the revenue team to develop strategies for business growth and revenue maximization.
