Ikonic Limousine, a premium transport service in Dubai, is looking for a Hotel Sales Supervisor to lead and coordinate high-end limousine services for hotel guests. If you have experience in hospitality or VIP guest services, and you’re passionate about luxury travel experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid own visa (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, concierge, or transportation services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Dubai/UAE roads and top hotel locations is a plus
• Presentable, professional appearance with a VIP service mindset
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Serve as the main point of contact between 5-star hotel partners and our limousine team
• Coordinate and oversee guest bookings, ensuring prompt and professional VIP transfer services
• Supervise and schedule chauffeurs assigned to hotel locations
• Manage daily dispatches, special guest requests, and on-the-go itinerary changes
• Resolve any guest concerns or service issues promptly and professionally
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with hotel concierge teams and front desk staff
