HOTEL SALES SUPERVISOR – LUXURY LIMOUSINE SERVICES

Pam Luxury transport LLC, a premium transport service in Dubai, is looking for a Hotel Sales Supervisor to lead and coordinate high-end limousine services for hotel guests. If you have experience in hospitality or VIP guest services then we want to speak to you.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Valid UAE License with one years experience and over 21 years of Age. With a Minimum of 1 years experience or relevant experience.
· Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality, concierge, or transportation services
· Excellent communication and customer service skills must speak with very good English.
· Ability to stay organized and multi task in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of Dubai/UAE roads and top hotel locations is a plus
· Presentable, professional appearance with a VIP service mindset and be able be a team player with hotel staff and peers
· Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Serve as the main point of contact between 5-star hotel partners and our limousine team
• Coordinate and oversee guest bookings, ensuring prompt and professional VIP transfer services
• Supervise and schedule chauffeurs assigned to hotel locations
• Manage daily dispatches, special guest requests, and on-the-go itinerary changes
• Resolve any guest concerns or service issues promptly and professionally
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with hotel concierge teams and front desk staff
