Our 4-star hotel in Waren an der Müritz offers 28 comfortable non-smoking rooms and a small wellness area. We work in a friendly, service-oriented team and welcome many regular guests who appreciate our high quality and personal atmosphere.

Your tasks

Service area:

• Support in breakfast service
• Preparation and cleanup of the breakfast room
• Guest service and ensuring a pleasant start to the day

Reception:

• Support with guest reception and correspondence
• Assistance with check-in and check-out
• Answering phone calls and forwarding information

Housekeeping:

• Assistance with cleaning and maintaining the rooms
• Compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Replenishing materials and reporting defects

Your profile

• Flexible deployment options, open to cross-departmental collaboration
• Friendly, reliable and team-oriented
• Basic knowledge in the service or reception area is desirable.
• Independent and structured work style
