The post holder will be responsible for the general Catering, Cleaning & deep cleaning as required in the premises in accordance with the contract specific standards, under direction of the Soft Services Manager. They will carry out Catering / Cleaning duties in accordance with safe working practices and work as an effective member of the team, with limited disruption to the client. This role will also incorporate the relief cover for Bellrock On Site staff, including Porter.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Customer service skills
Knowledge of health and safety legislation would be beneficial
Awareness of personal safety threat of patients/clients assaulting staff
