    The Location - Tantula Rise is a 120 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast
    The Job - Food Services & Catering Attendant

You will be part of a team dedicated to our customers, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. You will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.

  • Assisting in the preparation, delivery, presentation and serving of resident meals.
  • Cleaning the food preparation and consumption areas, cooking equipment and utensils.
  • Cater for special occasions such as birthdays, cultural and religious occasions, meetings and events.
  • Assist in maintaining the dining and adjacent rooms in a clean and hazard free condition.

You bring:

  • Min 6-months experience in a similar role, Aged Care experience will be highly regarded.
  • A real commitment to working safely.
  • High Level of English skills, written and verbal.
  • Teamwork is essential, you must be professional, collaborative and friendly.
  • Clean and tidy personal presentation
  • A commitment to providing a high level of customer service at every shift

Mandatory Compliance:

  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Complete a police check
  • Current Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination (minimum of 1 dose)
