We are looking for an experienced chef to join our team at the iconic Tyn Y Coed Hotel in Capel Curig. You will be preparing and cooking amazing local ingredients in a stunning local pub set in the heart of Eryri/Snowdonia, a chef’s dream!

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES ARE:

• To support the Head chef with menu planning and general running of the kitchen and production
• Lead the team in Head chefs absence
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and documentation
• A genuine love of food and attention to detail
• Food preparation and cooking, maintaining high standards and ensuring sure kitchen equipment is properly stored
