In this role, you will deliver a variety of high-quality spa and wellness services, tailoring each experience to suit the individual needs of our guests. Your expertise will play a crucial role in promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities Deliver a comprehensive range of spa therapies, including massages, facials, and body treatments Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, ensuring a serene and inviting environment Provide clients with an exceptional level of care and service throughout their experience Stay informed about the latest industry trends and innovations to enhance the spa's service offerings Advise clients on post-treatment care and the use of spa products Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure guest safety in the spa Certification in massage therapy, aesthetic therapy, or a related discipline Prior experience in a hotel or luxury spa setting is highly desirable Proficient in various massage techniques and spa services Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle a busy workload Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday shifts Solid understanding of health and safety protocols in a spa context
