We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Supervisor to join our team. The Hotel Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise hotel staff -Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any complaints. - Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hotel operations and guest experience. - Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations. - Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Requirements High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus. At least 2 years of experience in a hotel supervisory or leadership role. Strong communication and people skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and manage time well. Good leadership and team management abilities. Comfortable using hotel management systems and Microsoft Office. Obtain/Maintain a Nevada Gaming license
