Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel & Limousine Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our hotel booking services and limousine fleet. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hotel reservations, guest relations, and managing drivers, while ensuring seamless service delivery to both corporate and individual clients.
This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate bookings, manage driver schedules, handle customer inquiries, and maintain excellent relationships with hotel partners and VIP clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Hotel Booking & Guest Services

  • Handle and supervise hotel bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reservations.
  • Coordinate with hotels to secure best rates and manage allocations.
  • Assist customers with booking requests, special requirements, and problem resolution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, ensuring excellent guest experience.

Limousine & Driver Management

  • Oversee daily operations of limousine services and rental fleet.
  • Assign bookings to drivers and monitor schedules to maximize efficiency.
  • Supervise driver performance, appearance, and customer service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, RTA regulations, and service standards.

Operations & Administration

  • Monitor booking system and ensure timely allocation of resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, driver schedules, and customer feedback.
  • Report operational performance to management and suggest improvements.
  • Train, motivate, and support drivers to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or travel/hospitality operations.
  • Proven experience in driver management or fleet/transport coordination (limousine preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (Arabic/English preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Knowledge of booking systems, RTA/UAE limousine regulations is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to operational emergencies.
