Hotel Supervisor – مشرف فلل فاخرة واستراحات

الوصف الوظيفي

مسؤول عن الإشراف الكامل على تشغيل وإدارة الفلل الفاخرة والاستراحات، وضمان أعلى مستويات الجودة والضيافة والنظافة، ومتابعة جاهزية الوحدات واحتياجات الضيوف والتنسيق مع فرق العمل والصيانة، بما يضمن تجربة إقامة متميزة واحترافية.

المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الإشراف الفندقي أو إدارة الفلل والاستراحات الفاخرة.
• مهارات عالية في خدمة العملاء وإدارة فرق العمل.
• القدرة على متابعة النظافة والصيانة والتجهيزات اليومية.
• مهارات تنظيمية وإدارية ممتازة وحسن التعامل مع الضيوف.
• رخصة قيادة سارية والقدرة على التنقل بين المواقع.
• الالتزام بالمظهر المهني والسرية والمرونة في ساعات العمل.
• إجادة اللغة العربية، ويفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall supervision and daily operations of luxury villas and retreats, ensuring exceptional hospitality standards, cleanliness, maintenance, guest satisfaction, and smooth coordination with staff and service teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel supervision, luxury villas, or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent ability to supervise staff and monitor daily operations.
• Experience in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel between properties.
• Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and flexibility.
• Fluent Arabic and good English preferred.
