Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Participate in hotel’s organisation and manage the Front of House and Food and Beverage Team
  • Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the Assistant Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
  • Focus on quality and ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty trough handling complaints and coming up with solutions, analysing and replying to guest’s feedback.
  • Administration responsibility with invoicing, cash operations and activity reports. Carry out inventories in compliance with administrative and financial procedures
  • Are result-driven and understands what needs to be done in order to achieve the hotel goal
