We are looking for a Hotel Manager with a proven track record of success, please find the details below: Job Description: Managing and being responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Prepare management reports and ensure efficient cost control for hotel expenses. Recruit, train, and develop the hotel's staff, including direct reports. Evaluate direct reports, develop the hotel's business, and actively participate in sales calls and promotions. Ensure efficient property maintenance and prioritize the safety and security of the hotel. Works collaboratively with key stakeholders, including guests, hotel owners, and the Archipelago International Corporate Office. supports the execution of branded service and standards, performance, and profit. Job Requirements: Min. Diploma Degree Min. 2-3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager Experienced in the Hotel Industry Have experience in Sales, especially in the JABODETABEK Area Fluent in English
