(Main season 11/2026-3/2027) ✨ Job description Guest Service Team plays a crucial role in warmly welcoming and taking care of our in-house guests. The Valet and the front desk reception team work extremely closely to manage the guest service duties. This role is hospitality- and customer service-driven. Duties include: High-end customer service Serving welcome drinks and supporting the check-in process Transporting guests to and from their rooms Delivering breakfast and room service Rooming guests and introducing them to the sauna, fireplace, and other room features Assisting guests with their requests throughout their stay Upselling activities and gift shop products Managing the luggage room Setting up outdoor private dining areas Delivering firewood to the fireplaces Keeping valet vehicles clean and presentable Maintaining outdoor sports equipment Shoveling snow from entrances and supporting the Housekeeping team when needed Running errands as required ✨ General requirements Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Problem-solving mindset with a self-driven attitude Outgoing personality with strong communication skills Genuine motivation to learn and develop Valid driver's license Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage) Legal right to work in Finland (Finnish work visa or EU residence) ✨ Considered as an advantage Additional language skills Ability to read situations and adapt quickly Previous experience in the hospitality industry Natural charisma and a talent for small talk ✨ What to expect: Job-specific work training prior to the start of the season Role-specific training before the start of the season A fun, international work environment A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work in the capital of Finnish Lapland Hourly wage with supplements and holiday compensation Collective Agreement for the Hotel, Restaurant and Leisure Industry (Sundays and public holidays are double paid in Finland) Flexible scheduling Monday to Sunday with alternating days off Average of 90 hours per 3-week period Day and evening shifts Company benefits (check our careers page) Supported accommodation Please send your application below and attach your CV with a picture; we look forward to it!
