DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following tasks describe the basic functions of the job. The following frequencies and percentage of time spent are approximations only. * Maintain the Activities Department master schedule of all events and coordinate the schedule with Cherry Creek School District’s master schedule. [Daily, 20%] * Schedule event management personnel and prepare event and/or activity space for participants. [Daily, 20%] * Assist the Student Activities Administrator with tracking the department budget. [Daily, 20%] * Complete purchase orders for signature. [Daily, 20%] * Assist the Student Activities Administrator with required forms. [Daily, 15%] * Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. [Daily, 5%] MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma * Basic interpersonal skills * Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: All certifications, licenses, and registrations must be valid and unexpired. * N/A PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds * Racially conscious and culturally competent with the skill, will, capacity, and knowledge to commit to a culture of continuous improvement PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: * Moderate physical effort * Frequent pulling, pushing, lifting, and carrying * Frequent bending, reaching, and motioning with hands and arms * Repetitive motions * Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision * Visual concentration, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus * Eye/hand coordination * Speaking and hearing * Usually a noisy environment * May be exposed to all outdoor weather conditions * Normal school district environment
