The Continuing Education department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR for the course LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (410-142-LA).
This course explores the legal aspects of human resources management.
Students will learn about various laws applicable to human resources, including federal and provincial jurisdictions.
Topics include understanding and identifying relevant laws and regulations, employment contracts, effective information search techniques.
Students will also explore the practical application of HR legislation within organizations.
Required Qualifications :
Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience.
Must have a thorough knowledge of various laws and regulations that pertain to human resource management
as well as demonstrated experience with their application.
Experience teaching an adult clientele in a similar program is an asset.
