Join the Crystal Lodge Team as a Full-Time House Person! Crystal Lodge is looking for a motivated House Person to join our growing Housekeeping team. This is a hands-on, supportive role where you’ll mainly work alongside Housekeeping, but also collaborate with Maintenance and Front Desk to keep our hotel running smoothly. Your main focus will be maintaining clean, welcoming communal and private areas that meet our high standards. What You’ll Do: * Keep all common areas inside and out spotless and inviting for guests. * Manage waste and recycling efficiently, keeping all garbage areas tidy. * Assist the Laundry team with clean and used linens. * Monitor and report stock levels to the Housekeeping Manager. * Report safety hazards and help minimize risks where possible. * Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly when directed. * Build positive relationships with guests to maximize satisfaction. * Support Crystal Lodge’s sustainability initiatives, including waste separation, water and energy conservation, and other green projects. What We’re Looking For: * Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Friendly, approachable attitude and the ability to build relationships with team members and guests. * Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for long periods.
