Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Strip vacant rooms of dirty linen and terry, trash, and dirty dishes. Separate dirty linen and terry. Provide clean linens/terry for VIP rooms, Pet rooms, and deep cleans. Take out trash. Act a a liaison between room attendants, inspectors, and laundry. Communicate with front desk on room status changes. Make beds to assist room attendants and inspectors. Provide supplies when room attendants/inspectors are in need. Restock linen closets with terry/linen and supplies. Clean complete rooms to standard. Service Stayover (overnight guests) rooms to standard. Clean up biohazard or sharps prior to room attendant entering rooms. Complete guest requests prior to guest arrival or upon request. Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. Ability to bend, lift, carry and move 25-200 pounds Ability to work standing or walking for entire shift Work with little or no supervision while maintaining high-levels of cleanliness and efficiency/safety Strong attention to detail Available to work a varied schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Ability to communicate with guests and team members.
