Pay and Benefits

• Starting rate: $32.31 per hour (higher pay available based on performance)
• 12% superannuation
• 99c per km travel allowance
• 28–38 hours per week (depending on your availability)
• Monday–Friday only, 9am–5pm (no weekends)
• Quarterly performance bonuses and recognition rewards

• Consistent schedule with recurring clients

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Australia
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Smartphone required
• Ability to pass a police check
• Comfortable working around pets
• Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, and squat
• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or retail is an advantage but not required

Your Role
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in providing a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment for our clients. You’ll work independently and as part of a supportive team, delivering high-quality cleaning services to families in the Hills District and surrounding areas.
