Responsibilities:
-Perform general cleaning duties in residential homes, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
-Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
-Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order.
-Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the designated time frame and to the company’s high-quality standards.
-Follow safety protocols and use environmentally friendly cleaning products when appropriate.
-Report any damages or maintenance issues encountered during cleaning.
-Provide excellent customer service by being respectful and professional while interacting with clients.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar role (preferred but not required).
-Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
-Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
-Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
-Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
