Our location: 151 Dixon Ave, Amityville is an upscale, professional building just off the 110 corridor - walking distance from the train station and town. Job Description Responsibilities include: • Supervise cleaning associates, ensuring they meet with the highest standards of cleanliness. • Ensure assigned residential homes are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. • Assist in the training of all residential cleaning associates, ensuring that all associates have a complete understanding of the company policy, procedures and expectations. • Ensure shift has sufficient cleaning supplies • Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior, ensuring all associates are adhering to grooming and conduct standards. • Evaluates employee performance, conduct on-the-job training and coaching when necessary, and initiate disciplinary action of associates when appropriate. • Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures. • Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to management. • This is a working cleaning position that also includes driving to accounts. Key Requirements: • Must have valid driver's license. • Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) is a must. • Detail oriented and strong communication skills (email, phone). • Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice. • Multi task oriented: The ability to handle multiple projects at a time. • Customer focused with a can-do approach to problem solving.
